Hi, I’d like to introduce you to your new favorite dip:
Looks good, right?? It’s so easy and it has two vegetables (olives are vegetables, right?) in it, so it’s practically healthy.
Feta, Tomato and Olive Dip
1 small cam of sliced olives
1 container of feta cheese
1 tomato
Newman’s Own Olive Oil & Vinegar Dressing, to taste (or your favorite Oil and Vinegar Dressing)
1. Chop the tomato
2. Drain the olives
3. Combine tomatoes, olives and feta cheese in a small bowl
4. Add dressing to taste. Hint: You don’t need a lot.
Serve with your favorite dipping chip.
This stuff is addictive and delicious. I made it for a birthday party this weekend and as I sit here typing this, looking at the pictures, I am so sad that I don’t have some to eat right now. I’m kind of day dreaming about other ways I could cook with this and you know what would be great, chicken stuffed with this. Or maybe with pasta? Obviously on top of some mixed greens would be a fabulous salad. This is going to be a go to recipe for sure.
I promised my daughter a shout out for her hand modeling in the first picture.
